KIRTAN GUIDELINES

A minimum donation of $250.00 per kirtan is expected from sponsor(s). If a kirtan is sponsored by more than one family, all sponsors are expected to make donations. Because donations are the main source of funds for meeting the maintenance expenses of The Mandir. Generous donations from all sponsors would be greatly appreciated.
The sponsor(s) of kirtan will be responsible for bringing prasad and "langar" and they are also requested to assume the responsibility of serving "langar" to devotees. Executive Committee and Kirtan Committee members will assist them in every possible way to serve langar. Mrs. Gulshan Masaun or Mrs. Madhu Bhalla are available to advise sponsors with regard to preparing and organizing langar.
Please bring glasses, spoons, napkins, paper towels etc. Sponsor(s) are, however, requested to bring as many items as possible to replenish the supplies of these items in The Mandir or all items can be provided by The Mandir for a donation of $51.00.
It is important that we keep The Mandir clean. Sponsor(s) are requested to ensure that the premises are properly cleaned up after use. Other devotees and committee members will help them in cleaning up the place.
